Gold Service
For all Gold Service guests departing Brisbane.
Complimentary coach transfers between Brisbane CBD (select hotels) and the Rail Terminal are provided as follows:
Departing Brisbane (Monday)
All guests will be required to make their own way to Hanworth House for check-in from 07.00am-8.45am:

Please note check-in closes at 08.45 after which complimentary coach transfers will depart from Hanworth House for the Rail Terminal
Arriving Brisbane (Sunday)
All guests will receive complimentary transfers to Brisbane CBD with the following drop off points:
- Brisbane Transit Centre and Coach Terminal, Roma Street (Central Drop Off point)
- Hilton Brisbane (190 Elizabeth Street)
- Mercure Brisbane, King George Square (also drop off for Pullman Brisbane, King George Square)
- Rydges Southbank Brisbane
- Adina Apartment Hotel Brisbane
Gold Service guests who are staying at other hotels may choose their drop off point nearest to their hotel.
Please advise which hotel you would like to be dropped off at.
No transfers are provided to or from Adelaide Parklands Terminal for Gold Service passengers. Taxis to be available on arrival.
Platinum Service
Guests departing Brisbane on Monday will receive a private transfer to Hanworth House followed by a Platinum Service coach transfer to the Rail Terminal.
Guests arriving in Brisbane on Sunday will receive a private transfer from the Rail Terminal to their preferred hotel/home/airport (within 60kms of CBD).
Guests departing/arriving in Adelaide will receive a private transfer to/from the Rail Terminal to their preferred hotel/home/airport (within 60kms of CBD)
